Remember to not comment about a person’s weight, hair, religious beliefs or ask about a person`s personal relationship status when you are in a business meeting or even in social settings.

I have had experienced a manager of a company once commented the way I wore my Hijab before and also had many experiences of people commenting on a person`s weight and treating that as a joke or something funny comment.

There are etiquettes in communicating at social and professional settings. How you conduct yourself externally is also a reflection of your inner values and mindset.

Let us start instilling the inner work with LOVE & RESPECT.

As part of the spirit of Ramadan and in appreciation of the Quran competition winners, Team Love & Respect Transforms organized a meaningful initiative to celebrate and encourage our young learners.

With the generous support of Al Khair Foundation, grocery packs were thoughtfully prepared as tokens of love, appreciation, and motivation for the students who dedicated themselves to memorizing and reciting the Holy Quran.

This gesture reflects the values of compassion, gratitude, and community support reminding our students that their efforts in learning the Quran are truly valued.

May this small act of kindness inspire them to continue their journey of knowledge, faith, and excellence.

An evening of unity, compassion, and shared humanity.

Our Iftar gathering brought together community leaders from Yemen, Syria, Rohingya, Sudan, Colombia, and Malaysia celebrating the beauty of diversity and connection.

Through this gathering, we were also honored to extend our support to refugee families, reminding ourselves that Ramadan is not only about gathering together, but also about giving, caring, and uplifting those in need.

We often place high expectations on people, hoping they will understand us, support us, or respond exactly the way we imagine. But when those expectations are not met, disappointment quietly takes the place of peace. The more we depend on others for our happiness, the heavier our hearts become.

True contentment begins when we shift our reliance from people to Allah and learn to accept others as they are. Everyone has limitations, and not everyone can give what we expect. When we release unrealistic expectations, we also release unnecessary hurt.

Protect your peace. Appreciate what comes naturally, communicate with kindness, and trust that what is meant for you will never miss you. A calm heart is far more valuable than constant approval.
